I received a parking fine (missing blue disk) in front of the entrance of IBIS. I did not understood that it was the wrong dedicated parking.

Walked from the airport but buses come right into the airport and the designer centre is just one stop away and just 5 minute walk to the hotel. Easy self checkin and room was fine. Beds comfy, air con worked, ensuite clean. Everything we needed for a couple of nights. Designer outlet within a few minutes walk. Aldi directly adjacent to the hotel. McDonald's, Cafe's, plus pharmacy within 2 minutes walk. Buses into City Centre are 5 minutes walk and take only 35 minutes. I would stop here again.

We paid quite a lot for one night here and the facilities were extremely basic. The shower was pretty much on top of the toilet, lights didn’t work and there was hair in one of the beds. The bread at breakfast was hard. There was lots of noise from other guests. Good air conditioning, friendly English speaking staff.

1. Checkin comfirmed as 3pm on your website and on your reservation confirmation emails but machine at hotel wouldn't let us checkin or even enter the hotel until reception opened at 5pm. We had fully paid reservations so why not at least let us enter and wait in the lounge? This was the most arrogant, inhospitable and unwelcoming "reception" we have ever had at any hotel, anywhere in the world after 50+ years of travel. 2. Later hotel reception advised us that only the first night of our two night stay had been paid for even though I was able to show them emailed confirmations from your online booking site that showed full payment received for both nights. 3. Our room was swarming with ants at the window and in the toilet/shower. Thankfully we did get another room the second night. 4. Shower door gaskets leaked water all over the floor. Yuck. Surely Accor/Ibis can do a lot better than this disgraceful experience. 5. We have another fully-paid, non-refundable reservation that we made earlier this year at this same Ibis in September. We regret this decision already and dread having to go through this experience again. Is this the sort of reaction that Accor wants to elicit from your long-time customers?

The room is minimalistic but clean. Mattresses are very firm so not very comfy. The room faced the motorway which meant we had to keep the window shut due to the noise. The room then became hot and stuffy. There was ventilation via an inbuilt ceiling fan unit but it was too noisy to sleep. So not a great experience.

We were on our way to Germany and used the hotel for the night. We came after 10 pm when the reception was closed. However there is a self check in which works perfectly. The room itself is comfortable and has all one needs for a night. We left early next morning so did not try the breakfast. Anyway I say it is a very convenient choice.

You can check in in the middle of night on the check in machine. You get a slip with a code to open your room, so when you check out you can just leave, no need to give the key or the card to the reception. Good value for the price.
