We are delighted that you enjoyed our central location, the breakfast, the café, and the comfort of your room. Regarding the elevator, we would like to clarify that your room was on a lower floor than a group attending an event on the 9th floor, and both you and the group were using the same elevator. Our Concierge's suggestion for you to enter last was intended to make it easier for you to exit first at your floor. This was also explained at the time, and it seems there may have been a misunderstanding, possibly due to a language difference. Please rest assured that all our guests are treated with the same care and attention, as we aim to ensure everyone feels welcome and valued. We have also noted your feedback regarding the WiFi connection and will continue reviewing ways to enhance this aspect of the stay.
