Stress relief in December

The room was beautiful, spacious and luxurious, but the room was called a Deluxe suite, which we felt it was not, more like a very nice, (large) standard room. Location of the hotel could not be better, with a beautiful view and proximity to the must sees in Athens, and the pool... wow, heated and amazing to swim and watch the Acropolis in the background. A little pricy, but you sure have to pay for experiences like this. Staff, from the moment you enter the hotel to the moment you leave, the staff will make every minute as pleasant as you dream of. Very professional. Very clean and tidy everywhere and nicely decorated for the season. The only minor drawback was street noise at night, but it did not ruin our sleep in the fantastic bed with a pillow menu to choose from.

The hotel is very well located in the city center, making it easy to explore Athens. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with practical, easy-to-use technology, which made the stay comfortable. The staff were also very helpful and professional throughout my stay. The only downside was the noise from the main road. My room faced the street, and it was quite noisy even late at night. I realized this only after fully unpacking, which is why I did not request a room change. I believe the issue is not the traffic itself but that the windows are not fully airtight. I managed to sleep each night by using earplugs. Overall, a very good hotel with excellent location and service, but improved sound insulation would make a noticeable difference.

I stayed at the hotel on a business trip. The hotel is very clean, great facilities and gym, I also used the Spa at the suites. Fantastic food and service at both restaurants, breakfast has a great variety. The staff was phenomenal, ready to help with all my requests. i highly recommend the hotel and will be back for sure!!
