Front desk staff extremely helpful for check in and help me with my luggage’s and bags as I arrived hotel after midnight while having an early morning flight to catch with the clock change day. They reminded me about it to make sure I was aware of it. They recognized me as I stayed a few days before. Room this time very comfortable nicely scented perfect temp to help me sleep for a couple of hours

They over charged me by a lot was there for 8hr and was charged 700 euros because im jewish i got very bad service and am very disappointed cuz its a nice place but I regret being there 😔

Overall I would say this is one of the worst checking experiences I've ever had in my life I'm paying 400 euros a night for two rooms and they're giving me a hard time because my flight is delayed and my family is there ahead of me
