Everything was good. Theodore was able to help me with my phone which was a big help I am a vegetarian , perhaps a few more options in the club lounge . Hotel is very close to airport. Great customer service all around

Very close to airport. Comfortable room. Personel is very nice. The only what was unpleasant surprise - is extremely poor breakfast. I stayed in Sofitel Warsaw and Sofitel Berlin, and breakfast was very good - wide selection of pastries, bread, yogurts, cereals, eggs and ham. As it has to be with 5 star hotel. But Sofitel Athens was completely different - what I saw at 6 am in the morning: 3 types of ham which did not looked fresh, three types of cheese, yogurts (again I did not risked to take them, as I had a flight back), a one type of strange looking scrambled eggs. Bread and one type of pastry. From fruits: melon (dried), orange and grapefruit. Everything looked very unattractive. Unfortunately.. So, I just took coffee and croissant. Even for honey there were no small bowl where I can put it...

Beds and rooms very comfortable. Used the sauna, pool, and fitness area. Enjoyed the shower with the rain head. Stress free with a 6am departure, literally five minutes from leaving room to entering the departure terminal. Check in & out was easy. The TV was lacking ( I understand English, French, and Spanish.); however, they had great internet so we used my own mobile devices.
