As soon as we arrived, we were treated with so much care and attention. They provided us with everything we needed for our family, and especially our children. Every single staff member was so welcoming and kind. The hotel is directly across from the airport, at walking distance, which is so convenient for travel. There aren’t that many amenities in the building, and it is very overpriced compared to the average country’s costs, which is the only reason why I gave it a 9 score.

I had paid 5€ for a travel adapter during my stay, which i was told would be refunded back to my card. Yet I haven't received the refund amount yet.

After an easy walk from the airport, we were greeted immediately upon entering the building. The staff assisted us with luggage and offered to store the extra bags on the wheeled cart, which made our departure easy the next morning. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. One person in our group felt the bed was too soft.

The room service staff were extremely helpful and friendly, accommodating when we paid in cash the room staff had to return to the 6th floor with our change quick enough for us to return our trays and get a great nights rest.

I booked Presidential suite, with very very high price due to they saw i need a room wit my kids tired face, then the tub, overflow water and flooded the room. The service man wont able to fix. They have to send house keeping and eventually we have to go the bed very very late, which almost made us to miss our flight.
