Dear Muayad A., As we have already informed you we are truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been to misplace a valuable item during your stay. However, we would like to clarify that your description does not reflect the procedures and standards we uphold at Novotel Athens. Upon receiving your call regarding the necklace you believed to have left behind, our reception team immediately notified our housekeeping department. A thorough search was conducted in the room you stayed in, including the bedroom and bathroom areas, but unfortunately, no necklace was found. Please, rest assured that we maintain a strict and transparent lost and found protocol. Any item left behind by a guest is carefully recorded and safely stored by our team. We take great pride in our integrity and would never retain or mishandle any guest\'s belongings. We understand how disappointing this situation is and we genuinely regret any distress caused. However, based on our records and procedures, we can only confirm that no item was located in your room after your departure.
