A mistake at check in caused problems during our stay. The hotel is a bit tired, and is in a bad location.

Khabbaz Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The room were clean and very comfortable, with elegant decor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customers service and facilities except the location is very bad honestly.

Breakfast is the same everyday , scrambled egg is a disaster very wet not appetizing. Pool temperature has no heating , it was freezing cold so we did not enjoy swimming not even for 15 minutes.

hmvbji Business - TripAdvisor review

The only positive thing I can say about, is staff. Really friendly and helpful. Othetwise, rooms are pretty old, strange smell in corridors. There were no toothbrushes in room, neither were slippers. Breakfast was nice and delicious. And worst thing is location , very dangerous place called Omonia. Full of drag users and criminals. I don’t recommend to go outside after evening by foot, use taxi. No clue why such brand had the idea to built 4star hotel in this area.
