This hotel is disappointing in as much as it is stuck in the 1980’s in terms of decor, comfort & ambience; the neighbourhood, whilst central is quite run down; the saving grace was attentive & friendly staff

This hotel is not worthy of a 4-star rating; the furniture is outdated, and daily housekeeping is nonexistent (in 13 nights, the shower glass wasn't washed once, nor was the room vacuumed). Breakfast was adequate but disappointing considering the price. The neighborhood is awful, completely run-down, and surrounded by fast-food restaurants selling kebabs.

Very tired hotel in a terrible area. Staff are very unfriendly. Try getting a spoon at breakfast - near impossible. They tried to rip us off by charging for the room twice. Wouldn’t accept Accor membership discount either. Will def NOT be returning
