Novotel is always my favourite hotel.. Although the location is not that good, it is advisable to take taxi to the hotel.

Poor choice of location

The staff at the hotel was excellent, however the location of the hotel was very poor. The area could be defined as very rough to say the least. When someone books a hotel with a good brand, one assumes that the hotel would have done its checks re the area. I was extremely disappointed with the location and my choice of going with Accor brand without doing the right diligence.
