Peppers Silo Hotel is a stunning 108-room hotel situated on the confluence of the Tamar and North Esk Rivers, located 1.5km from the CBD and just 700m from the Seaport Precinct and less than 1km from the CBD via a pedestrian footbridge. As an Accor Plus member, I wanted to use my complimentary breakfast voucher that is included with my membership. However, I was advised that I could not use the voucher, despite my understanding that it was valid for use at participating Accor hotels. As a result, I was charged $68.41 for breakfast, along with an F&B surcharge of $7.53 bringing the total amount charged to $83.81. I am disappointed that I was unable to use a benefit included with my Accor Plus membership and was then charged for the breakfast instead. Could you please review this matter and arrange a refund of the $83.81 charge, or provide an explanation as to why my valid Accor Plus complimentary breakfast voucher could not be accepted?
