While the hotel itself is impressive, our stay was let down by poor cleanliness. Thick dust was found on the TV unit and the overhead shower rose, and although this was raised with staff, the response and follow-up felt dismissive. For a hotel of this standard, this was disappointing.

We arrived late and ready to relax - tired from a busy weekend; I thought I’d made a booking only to arrive and find I hadn’t - no worries - Kellie got right on checking us in at a great Accor club member rate. Up to our room… oh my stars - it looked a thousand times better that on line.. this never happens. Spacious and meets my 5 step rating priorities. The most amazing bed, spacious room, dark, could open a window in the vestibule and what a great bathroom. Huge selection of teas, coffee, booze in the fridge and chocolate and other treats to choose from. WATER… 11 out of ten even though the kitchen lost our breakfast order and we had to leave - the coffee was amazing.

No room service. Room service and restaurant do not answer phone. Reception answered phone and said they would place room service order with restaurant. Room service not delivered.
