Residing in a room adjacent to renovations was totally acceptable and disappointing. As an Accor member, being in a room with loud drilling for all of Monday and hammering on Tuesday morning before we left was not fair. We paid for a room which we would have moved out of if it was our own home.

Your comments regarding the noise and room placement are valid, and I am very sorry we did not proactively offer an alternative solution during your stay.
