It was a great stay except i found the bed way too soft and the pillows harder then the bed

I was not advised at booking of a few key things. 1.that I needed to book parking 2. I paid for breakfast daily. I was not advised that on the weekend that there is no a la carte menu only continental breakfast as no chef on Saturday or sunday. 3. I want advised the restaurant is closed Sunday nights. 1st night Friday 2am smoke alarm went off. No staff guiding guests... no designated signage for muster point for guests... 2 fire trucks arrived. We were allowed back in within 30 minutes but no explanation. Staff didn't even check if we were all accounted for. When I took shower water leaks into entryway and carpet opposite to wall of bathroom. I advised staff. No feedback or update. Carpet wet whole time I was there.

I was very sorry to read about the number of issues you experienced, particularly around the lack of clarity at booking, the limited breakfast offering on the weekend, the restaurant closure on Sunday evening, the handling of the overnight fire alarm, and the lack of follow-up regarding the maintenance issue in your room. Your comments are disappointing to read because they point to several areas where we fell short, both in setting expectations prior to arrival and in how we communicated and followed up with you during your stay. In particular, I regret the concern and frustration caused by the early morning evacuation and the absence of clear communication afterwards. I am also sorry that the shower leak and wet carpet were not addressed or updated with you appropriately once reported.
