Myself and two friends were staying at the Cullen for the weekend to be closer to get to Lady Gaga's concerts and after parties. Check in was easy, we got our room complimentarily upgraded to an adjoining room which was great for the three of us. Staff were super helpful and friendly and made us aware of deals that were ongoing which treated us to an option of discounted car parking or a bottle of wine or a later checkout time. Rooms were very well maintained and cleanliness was of a high standard. The only small downfall was the limit of underground car parking and I had to park on the street one night as I had used my car and come back to a completely full car park but I was not charged the extra night of parking. Otherwise could not fault the service provided. Very centrally located near lots of food places and bars etc along with supermarkets if you needed to stock up the room outside of using the mini bar. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again in the future.
