Great location across the road from Prahran Market. Very quiet and calm hotel. Nearby to supermarket and restaurants. There was a slight problem with our room and the response was excellent. Patrick went above and beyond to rectify the issue and was polite, thorough and professional throughout.

I stay at the Cullen regularly for work. I always really enjoy my experience; the team are accommodating and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the hotel is really well located - close to shops, woolies and Prahan train station. Walking distance from South Yarra and Albert Park. I look forward to my next stay.

Booked in completely last minute — and when I say last minute, I mean around 5:30am 😅 We were even lucky enough our room got upgraded and honestly it was very impressive. Walking into such an amazing space after a massive night of dancing was absolute heaven. The artwork throughout the room was incredible, wall-to-floor mirrors gave the place such a cool vibe, and that hot shower afterwards felt next level. The young lady at the front desk was so accommodating, friendly and welcoming, especially considering the hour we arrived. She made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. The Cullen Hotel ended up being one of the best parts of our entire weekend. Can’t wait to stay again thanks for not charging two nights when we booked in last minute
