Well located. Feels like you are in Melbourne, without too much business. Easy walk to some nice eateries (The College Lawn on Monday's) & train or tram. Hotel was nice, clean & quiet with easy access to main roads.

Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I would advise to NEVER let guests stay in a room that has a toilet leaking from base. Offering towels to soak it up was a level of hospitality I haven’t experienced in developing nations I have visited. I could continue, but I shouldn’t have to.
