The staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble & they had a great sense of humour (as well as still being polite/courteous) which made me feel even more welcome. I would have preferred a higher room (ie not so close the the street & the early morning rubbish truck every day), but someone has to have this room & it was my turn this time.

Well located, clean and comfortable rooms, lots of free street parkin spaces. Negative experience: when arriving at 6pm or so the receiption has been left unattended so I had to wait for 10 minutes till receptionists ( 2 girls) come back. The hotel unable to book a paid parking space for guests. Also, I believe it is overpriced.

Hotel a bit dated. Mattress too soft. No remote in room. Heating not working unless you call reception 2 nights in a row. Put a sign for room to be tidied up for the day. Left room for 10ths and wasn’t done

Room was well appointed and clean. Nice view over the park. Front desk employees were pleasant and helpful. No breakfast onsite was available, I was told this was covid related.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Chose here as close to Chapel off Chapel. Large studio room with comfy bed. Don't understand why large linen bags left in corridors for hours. They were there on check in, in the evening and others there on morning check out when rooms are only serviced on demand. This appearance detracts from the Art Series focus when otherwise corridor art would be a feature. Room lighting is great for the art but due to dark lampshades etc felt needed multiple lights on after dark if needed to do practical things like reading or finding stuff in suitcase. No luggage rack. Didn't use restaurant although menu looked fantastic as plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby to choose from. Overall though enjoyed our stay.

I love this hotel, but COVID has taken it's toll, with no room service and being so short staffed the team are working super hard, but it now falls short unfortunately. You can't even order a coffee room service.
