I had a bad experience with another Accor hotel and then called the Cullen and was greeted and looked after amazingly. Check-in was great, the room was as requested on a specific floor and was kept immaculately clean during my stay.

I love staying at the Cullen. It always feels like a home away from home. I was on the first floor for the first time and when I received my keys initially worried that it may be noisy. It was absolutely not. I enjoyed the soft hum of the tram at parts of the day and loved the spacious layout.

I am an ACCOR fan & stay ACCOR often. This time I switched hotels to the Cullen, whilst not as luxurious as the other, it provided everything I could want. The location is probably better, with great restaurants in the vicinity, Prahran market opposite & brilliant public transport. It is also substantially cheaper than my other fav. The staff are wonderful, but that is an ACCOR trait. WE will be back
