For a hotel branding it self as 5 stars it was disappointing. No cafe, restaurant or room service available. Parking expensive at $40 and not guaranteed. Penthouse photos include BBQ which is missing. Room is due for a deep clean, shower heads unable to be tighten, used yellow slippers in room, porta-cot was discoloured and covered in dirty marks.

We booked the Cullen as it was in walking distance to an event we were attending .This hotel is very close to the Prahran railway station 6 mins and 2 min walk to the Prahran market that has yummy food and produce.The room was excellent for our needs.
