Great staff. Great position. Rooms are big and have everything one needs. Been here a few times now and the staff remembered our request for more pillows and had them set up in the room prior to our arrival.

Rooms could be better equipped in accordance with listing which I had booked for. No safe in first room. So Changed to another - no dishwasher ! Had to ask for tea towels, scrub etc.

I found it hard to find the entrance to the hotel when I first arrived as the entrance is wasn't on Commercial road. There was also no USB port for charging in the room- at least a wall port is something that I expect from hotels these days. It also took me until the second night to find the tissues.
