I love staying at the Cullen. It always feels like a home away from home. I was on the first floor for the first time and when I received my keys initially worried that it may be noisy. It was absolutely not. I enjoyed the soft hum of the tram at parts of the day and loved the spacious layout.

I am an ACCOR fan & stay ACCOR often. This time I switched hotels to the Cullen, whilst not as luxurious as the other, it provided everything I could want. The location is probably better, with great restaurants in the vicinity, Prahran market opposite & brilliant public transport. It is also substantially cheaper than my other fav. The staff are wonderful, but that is an ACCOR trait. WE will be back

Nice weekend stay at The Cullen. Found the staff very polite and helpful with a welcoming atmosphere. Rooms could do with a refresh with some plaster coming apart in the bathroom.

Overall good experience. The location is fantastic, and it was nice to have a kitchenette in the rooms. Facilities like the gym and even the reception area feel a bit tired, but it does seem overall well maintained.
