Great location & friendly staff with comfortable bed. Noisy at night with a loud bar across the road, no restaurant on site, swimming pool or communal area (rooftop would be great) design of rooms (bathroom) a little peculiar - imagine if staying with a friend not a partner in the almost see through bathroom. Hardly any wardrobe space for a 4 night stay and 2 hangers! No room for suitcases and a coffee machine that was leaking was just left by the housekeeping staff with a towel under it. Underwhelming for what I was expecting and the price!

We chose this hotel as it was one block from our daughters apartment. Thew room was clean, quiet, and well appointed and the staff was friendly and professional. Most Accor hotels we stay at have breakfast included, but this location doesn't have a restaurant yet, the only drawback. One thing we could have done without was the large painting in our room of a man with a gun. Very off-putting to have that right next to the bed.

Checking was easy and staff were friendly. Found a few issues with room 602. -Very noisy contactor in electrical switchboard (was okay when the cupboard was closed though) -Ceiling had been painted in a few spots and looked a bit average. -Bench lighting under overhead cabinets didn't work. -FTA TV stations were painstaking to navigate and couldn't find an EPG (although, not a big deal) Overall, still a nice stay.

The hotel is located in a lovely upmarket suburb close to lots of shops and restaurants and fabulous Prahan Market. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't match those attributes. The lobby and reception is dreary and unwelcoming. The hotel receptionist met us with an air of indifference and wasn't very friendly and didn't bother to ask how our travel from Perth had been or greeted us an an Accor member. Our room 602 was reasonably large but tired as was the outdoor furniture on the balcony which was worn and old and the area had cobwebs. The pillows on the bed ( just two for the two of us), were so soft and pliable that we had to ask for 4 more . The cushion on the bed was dirty and hadn't been washed in a long time, disappointing.We asked for it to be replaced. The hotel is one of the few we have stayed that has no restaurant or cafe although there are plenty around the suburb. As we stayed on Xmas day there was no card or greeting wishing us a Merry Xmas, all in all impersonal as was our impression of the hotel. We wouldn't stay again
