Booked the tree top 3 bedrooms villa and it had everything you need. Staff was very friendly and accomodating with younger kids. Breakfast buffet was varied enough and plenty of options, from healthy to indulgence. Dinner on site is in a great setting, with plenty of options. Great happy hour. Only downside is the lagoon pool not being heated.

It is a lovely location set in amongs the trees. And the room was generally ok but needed some maintenance to fix things up. The tv would not work every time we turned it on. Called reception and they promptly came to sort it out. In the end, they left a "special" remote for us to be able to get the tv to work. The dishwasher needed some maintenance but worked ok. I think you should remove the speed bumps on the roads and you could replace them with chicanes if you really want to slow people down. There was a speed bump on the road outside our room. Someone kept leaving/arriving at 5.30 in the morning. The speed bumps are pretty savage and this kept waking us up. But all the staff we ineracted with were fantastic and very prompt at helping out.

We came up as a family group of 6 and stayed in one of the villa apartments for 4 nights. Apartment was excellent, providing heaps of modern space. We also enjoyed the resort amenities including the pools, gym and daily breakfast which was included. The resort is extremely well located near the end of Hastings St, providing easy access to Noosa Head Beach.

It was my husbands 70th birthday, our previous experience with Pepper's has always been very positive, our unit was nice , we had booked dinner in the dining room, the food was like very bad takeaway served on a table cloth, my husbands calamari was served rock hard and cold, beyond me how they managed that, two of us are diabetic and ordered the fish and chips, my fish came out dry, and over cooked, the slaw was inedible and I love slaw I had three mouthfuls of fish and left the rest. Our friend who had the other fish and chips had had his insulin so he ate his meal, as he didn't have a choice, it was over cooked and as he said if he hadn't had his insulin he wouldn't have eaten it. Our other friend ordered the chicken schnitzel, two mouthfuls and she couldn't eat it it was burnt, dry and overcooked inedible. No we didn't complain we left our meals, went back to our room. Breakfast it was chalk and cheese, well presented, the lady who greeted us I think her name is Mary, wow what a gem, kind curtious, great service, the food well presented, hot , Clean, flavoursome, lovely service good food. Hot water for tea doesn't brew tea , it's not hot enough, as you have paid great attention to providing good coffee, us tea drinkers deserve boiling water for our tea, I ordered tea from the bar. Please fix this, tea drinkers deserve better. I spoke with the events manager re our two experiences, and I hope she passed our compliments on to the lady at the door, Mary. Nice stay but definitely not the quality I remember Peppers having.

I’m sorry the dinner fell so far below expectations. Cold, overcooked and inedible meals are unacceptable, particularly during a special celebration. I have shared your comments with our Executive Chef and Food and Beverage leaders for immediate review.
I have also raised the stained lounge with our Housekeeping team and asked that the furniture be inspected and deep cleaned. Your feedback about providing properly boiling water for tea at breakfast is fair and will also be addressed.
I’m pleased your breakfast experience was much better. Mary is a valued member of our team, and I will personally pass on your recognition of her kind service.
I appreciate your previous positive experiences with Peppers, which makes it even more disappointing that this stay did not meet the standard you remembered. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

Apartment needs an upgrade .
Cooktop rusty for a 4 star hotel . Turned us off cooking and the shower which has a bath not safe for a couple in there 50’s . Very slippery trying to get in and nearly had a good fall. We are coming in January - would love stay in the Tree houses if possible :)

We had a great time and loved the leafy outlook from our room. The room size was also generous and everything was clean and tasteful albeit farily basic. Everything went well however we found the staff fairly disinterested to the point of being rude. Check in was particularly poor and we were not advised we had breakfast included in the rate which we only discovered upon leaving. The shuttle was helpful but drivers we found to be a bit sullen. We would definitely return and it did not really worry us as it was just the two of us, but if we had brought the children or extended family we might think again.

We absolutely loved the location and the style of the accommodation, and there is a lot to enjoy about the resort. Unfortunately, the condition and presentation of the master suite in our villa fell well short of what we expected.
The room was not ready at the advertised check-in time. The staff did kindly offer us complimentary drinks while we waited, which we appreciated, but when we were eventually able to access the room, there were several other issues.
It appeared that the cleaning staff had attempted to clean a spill or stain from the carpet, but this had left three very large, wet patches on the floor. We raised this with the cleaning staff and were told that a fan would be brought in to dry the carpet. Unfortunately, this never happened, and the carpet remained wet for the duration of our stay. We ultimately had to place towels over the affected areas, so we weren't constantly walking through the wet carpet.
There was also an issue with the large bathroom door in the ensuite, which was jammed and would not close properly. In addition, the rangehood in the kitchen had an issue where the lights were stuck on permanently and flickered continuously throughout the weekend. This was particularly frustrating given how noticeable and distracting it was.
Individually, these may seem like relatively minor maintenance or housekeeping issues, but taken together, they significantly affected our experience of the accommodation. Given the resort's reputation, the standard it presents itself as offering, and the price of a stay in this type of villa, I honestly expected a much higher level of presentation and maintenance.
I appreciate that things can occasionally go wrong, but I was particularly disappointed that some of the issues we raised during our stay were not followed up or resolved.

We’ve been coming here every year for 5 years. Now we have kids. The main pool heater used to work however now for at least the last 2 years the heater hasn’t worked. There’s mixed messaging from staff. Some say it’s broken. Some say it’s never heated. The pool is clearly designed to accommodate kids and families. It should be a no brainer to have the pool heated. Disappointing that there seems to be limited investment in resort amenities. The wooden boards around the pool are also visibly rotting away and breaking down.

I'm sorry the pool temperature was disappointing during your stay. We are currently awaiting the installation of a new pool heater. During summer, we would normally have the heating turned off as the warmer weather keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature.
