The resort was beautiful and very well-equipped. The rooms offered privacy and were very comfortable. There was no noise from other guests, which was amazing given the size of the resort. The buffet breakfast was amazing as was the in-room dining, but the options for in-room dining were limited and we waited 2 hours to receive our order (but were given a complimentary bottle of wine, which was appreciated). We had daily housekeeping, but it was not done very thoroughly (bed not made properly, bins not emptied, dishes left in the sink). Also, this was a birthday stay, and although I had asked for champagne and chocolates on arrival, this wasn't supplied. I had also previously asked for slippers and a bathrobes upon booking, and we had to ask again on arrival as these weren't supplied either (no bathrobes were available). Overall, it was a lovely stay, but the lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff and some of the reception staff made it less than perfect. In saying that, the staff were lovely to deal with and were very friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed our family stay at Peppers Noosa Resort & Villas. Check in and check out were quick and easy, our room was comfortable and well presented, and the daily room freshen up was excellent. The staff throughout the resort were friendly and the location is convenient and within easy reach of everything Noosa has to offer. The only disappointment was the onsite restaurant. Breakfast was included each morning and the food quality was good and what we expected, however the service was noticeably below the standard we've experienced during previous stays. On our first morning we ordered our complimentary barista coffees, finished our breakfast, and they still hadn't arrived. I eventually had to return to the counter and ask for them to be made as takeaway coffees. We also chose to dine at the restaurant on our final evening. Before dinner, several wines on the menu were unavailable. We ordered the three course menu with matching wines and added bread and oysters to enjoy beforehand. After waiting around 20 to 30 minutes, our entrées arrived first, followed almost immediately by the bread and oysters that should have been served as appetisers. Mistakes can happen, particularly if a venue is busy or short staffed, but what disappointed us most was that there was no acknowledgement, apology or effort to address what had clearly gone wrong. The food itself was enjoyable, but the service and lack of care unfortunately left a lasting negative impression. We'd happily stay at the resort again, but we hope the restaurant service returns to the high standard we have experienced in the past.
