The issues you described are clearly not acceptable, and I understand your frustration. I would also like to clarify that our TVs are not directly connected to streaming services in the same way as a home TV. This is intentional, as we don't want guests accidentally leaving their personal streaming accounts logged in on hotel televisions. Instead, we provide a casting system that allows guests to stream content directly from their own device without entering account details on the TV.
