I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. What should have been a simple, comfortable experience turned into one of the most stressful and upsetting days I’ve had while traveling. To begin with the positive: when I checked in on Friday, 28/11, around 2pm, the staff member at reception was genuinely kind, professional, and helpful. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but I saw him again around 1am on 29/11, and he was still just as polite and welcoming despite the late hour. He made me feel respected as a guest, and I truly appreciate his attitude and the way he carried himself. He is exactly what good hospitality should look like. However, everything changed the next morning with a different staff member, and my entire experience was ruined. The man at the morning shift spoke to me in an extremely rude, harsh, and demeaning tone from the moment I approached the desk. His behaviour shifted noticeably and instantly when he saw me and realised I was wearing a hijab. His tone became disrespectful, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of treating me like a paying guest, he made me feel unwanted and judged. It was shocking to experience such behavior in a hotel that claims to value guests. This is completely unacceptable. I tried to remain calm and polite, but his attitude only became worse. No guest should ever have to experience discrimination when traveling, especially not in a place that is supposed to provide hospitality and safety. On top of the unacceptable behaviour, the cleanliness of the hotel was far from adequate. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. Experiences like this can deeply affect guests, especially when discrimination is involved. I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay and would not recommend this hotel based on how I was treated. No one deserves to feel targeted or disrespected because of their background or their appearance.

As this is my 'home' while Im at a conference for several days, I appreciate how clean my room was. Thank you to the housekeeping staff. Cleanliness is the clincher for me. I will be staying again. Thank you.

Was disappointed: our room door had issues - you had to use force every time you opened it - both going inside & then back into the hallway. The tv didn’t work - I presume it may have been dead batteries in the remote control. The tea selection was not the options on the boxes supplied. There was two types of chamomile, green tea & peppermint only. No black tea choices at all. The pool being situated in another building was ridiculous - we were instructed to go outside in our dressing gowns & go into another building - it made my daughter & I feel exposed & unsafe. When we went to collect our luggage from storage the next day, there was a line out the door waiting to check in & only one person to deal with everyone - the abnormal wait time. was something I have never experienced. I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this hotel & that is possibly the first time I have had to say that from an Accor group hotel. Please do not publish this review but I felt it needed to be said to hopefully improve your services for future travellers.

Room was nice and staff were great. Very conveniently located by tram line with free tram travel around inner city. No laundry facilities, no room service, no dinner and only a very basic stocked bar is the reason for lower mark.
