A dinner meal service would have been nice. Access to the gym before 7 am would have been much preferred. The issue with being unable to replace the light bulb over the tea/coffee area was disappointing

Booked a suite for 3 nights celebrating with wife. We checked in, to find a view of a rooftop with rubbish, lights blown an a TV not able to be fixed. Requested another room to be told full house no other rooms. Finally we were moved to double double room on floor 5. Nice room, good view, hot water only warm in shower.

Lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. The price point was acceptable for the quality hotel that is Peppers. The king room was large and clean. We received a free bottle of wine because it was our anniversary. That was a lovely surprise. The staff on the front desk were professional and welcoming. There was a tram stop just outside the hotel so it was easy to get into the city. It is located right next to Marvel Stadium so if I wanted to stay over after a concert in the future or the footy, I would book into Peppers again. There were 2 things that I noted that could potentially be improved. The bed was a bit too soft and giving for my taste but I am sure it would probably suit someone else's taste. My husband and I love a breakfast buffet and so we paid extra for it at Peppers. I was excited to go down for brekky but I was disappointed. Perhaps, my expectation of a buffet breakfast has been spoilt by resort buffets overseas where fresh omlettes are prepared in front of you. Anyhow, I would still choose Peppers but perhaps go out for brekky next time.

We were in a unit with a kitchen and have suggestions on a few things that could make the stay a bit more pleasant. 1. salt and pepper 2. measuring cup 3. oven mitt 4. scour pad for dish washing 5. dish or container with lid to allow storage of leftovers 6. strainer or colander 7. ottoman for the sitting area We also had a challenge where the wifi details on the key we were given were different from what was on the cupboard and different from what was on the bottom of the modem. It was sorted out quickly.

Second or third time staying, however this time was a disappointment... at 11pm on Friday night I went down to reception to let a person into the building, when going back upto my room the key card reader on the door stopped working. Went to reception and manager on duty came up to the room using the master key to try access the room, no luck so a locksmith was called, 2 hours later still no lock Smith, by hour 3 the key reader started working again. There was more to the story and person on duty was amazing about the situation but overall having to wait 3 hours while my medication and belonging was locked behind a door that even the managers could not get into... This lead to me getting 2 hours sleep before the event the next day and now becoming unwell due to lack of sleep...
