Dear Nicole, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the relaxed atmosphere of the lounge and bar area, especially the fireplace which many guests find cosy and inviting. I am however sorry to hear that the room felt stuffy and that your dinner experience did not meet expectations. This is certainly not what we aim to deliver.
