Great location, Easy check in experience and staff very welcoming. Great amenities for family stay. Appartment was neat & tidy and my request for a high chair provided, without extra charge Older decor, with a few minor issues. Electrical fault with oyster lights in main area flashing, and clothes dryer not working.

Friendly staff that where most helpful , rooms where clean and well presented . Our family enjoyed there stay . the rooms could have had some small fixes but nothing to worry about , overall very good

At short notice the kids pool/slide were notified to us as being closed for maintenance which was a huge blow as that had actually been the deciding factor that saw us book Mantra Crown Towers compared to the Meriton Suites across the road. There was no compensation for this last minute closure and then once we arrived we became aware that this also meant the onsite playground was also out of action, super disappointing for our little ones. The room was a good layout and nice enough, although the toilet stopped flushing and the timing for the maintenance support wasn't clearly communicated which was tricky with little ones and naps. The distance from Surfers Paradise was ok, not super central but in some ways that was a good thing.

We understand how important these facilities are for families, and I regret the impact this had on your experience. Please note that the temporary closure of these facilities is advertised across our booking websites and platforms; however, I do appreciate that last-minute changes can still be very frustrating. I also apologise that the playground was unavailable, which understandably added to the disappointment for your children. I’m pleased to hear you found the apartment layout suitable and comfortable overall. That said, I apologise for the issue with the toilet and the lack of clear communication around maintenance timing. We understand how important it is to coordinate access, especially when travelling with young children, and this should have been handled more effectively. Thank you as well for your comments on the location — we appreciate your perspective on being slightly removed from the busiest part of Surfers Paradise. The location is perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it so easy to explore and enjoy the Gold Coast. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool area is truly amazing—like a little tropical paradise and an absolute hit with the whole family! 🌊☀️ We also loved having great restaurants right at our doorstep, which made dining out so easy and enjoyable. This was our first family holiday to the Gold Coast, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ll definitely be back! 💛
