The night of Nov 25 was great, unfortunately the high of Nov 30 I was stuck in Brisbane due to airline problems and tried to cancel but even though I called direct, the booking couldn’t be cancelled. This was frustrating, especially given it had already been a huge day.

Staff was very friendly, but the accommodation here was not up to the standard of other Accor hotels. My room service tray and others were left in the corridor for more than 24 hours. The gym equipment is out of date and frankly somewhat dangerous – the treadmills need to be serviced. The hotel overall was dated in several things were in need of repair (ceiling, in workout room for example)
