We were extremely happy with the service of the hotel & also the cleanliness of our room. The only Minor complaint was that the cleaner came up to our room & let himself in whilst our luggage was still in the room & proceeded to clean the room. We would go back & the hotel is highly recommended!!

Hotel was placed in a great location, 2min walk away from the beach, and tram stop just behind it that connects very well to all areas along the coast and airport. However, room we stayed in was very outdated. The smell in the corridors was very strong due to non existent ventilation/fresh air. Some of the towels we were given were stained. You only get housekeeping if you stay a minimum of 8 nights, otherwise if you request some it’s additional fees, same with requesting fresh towels. There is no 24/7 reception. When we arrived the receptionist was dealing with some issues and have not even acknowledged us for good 20min despite the fact we were standing in front of her, which in my opinion left a bit of a bad taste in mouth. But the overall stay was satisfactory, great location and comfortable beds.

Our room was very clean and comfortable, we love the ocean view. Reception was very helpful through our stay. The only negative experience was when we checked in the gentleman didn’t explain anything was told to check the fridge for information when I get to the room but there was nothing on the fridge. We found the car park very confusing at first. Couldn’t find our parking bay number.
