We stayed in an apartment for 3 nights. The reception staff were friendly. We were most disappointed with the servicing of the room. The room was not cleaned on the first day, we made sure we asked if it was going to happen on the second day, told yes but it did not. When questioned about it we were told we had put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Which was not true, it had not been moved at all. I was given toilet paper, tea and coffee refills to take back to the room and told someone would could at 4:30pm to do the room. Someone came and all they did was change the towels. One of the towels they left had large holes in it. I can't believe that housekeeping would think this was acceptable.

The location was great. The apartment was spacious. It was very noisy overnight. We could hear the traffic outside and the air conditioner was very loud when it automatically switched on.

Generally good. Disappointing that my daughter wasn't allowed to check in to our room till I got there even though the room was fully paid. She had to wait in the foyer for 4 hours.

We were really impressed with every aspect of the hotel, location and room was incredible and made it easy to access and get around the city. Pool and room were lovely, but the best part was the staff, Liam on the front desk went above and beyond helping us in every aspect from finding a place that would fit our larger sized car, recommendations and offering to store things for us. Incredible service!
