We have stayed at Mantra many times and really love the place and the way it is so close to the beach, has restaurants and cafés so close by.

As a platinum member I have been advised received an upgraded room however this did not happen. We were located a long way away from the pools and facilities which meant for a long walk which was a bit inconvenient. The room is dated and I was unaware that there was not daily servicing which was disappointing. The free wine and cheese between 4 and 5 pm Fridays and Saturdays was a lovely surprise.
