I am also sorry to hear about the limited hot water during your shower. Being unable to wash your hair properly is certainly disappointing, and we will ensure this feedback is brought to the attention of our maintenance team for investigation. We also appreciate your comments regarding the Saturday night noise and the balcony seating. We recognise that our central Darwin location can result in increased noise from the surrounding nightlife, particularly on weekends, and we are sorry this affected your comfort.
