Extraordinary237962 Couples - TripAdvisor review

We booked 10 nights in a spa suite paying just over $300 per night. As we are from a colder state a priority of our holiday is to get some sunshine So I called the hotel several months out from our arrival specifically requesting a sunny room with balcony and sea views, like the one in the advertising. As a Accor plus platinum member the staff made special notes and said that we should get our requests seen as we are platinum. The day before our arrival I called to confirm our room and was told that yes they were able to give us our requests. On arrival however we were given a room with no balcony partial sea views but it was sunny. The next morning I went down to reception and just asked that if over the next 10 days the room that we requested (As in the advertising) came up that would be happy to change rooms but no stress if not. Staff then called us the same morning to say that our requested room was available if we wanted to move. We were so grateful and moved to our new room, it had a small balcony beautiful views but the sun did not shine on that part of the building. Toward the end of our stay we decided that we would extend for an extra 2 days so instead of booking a spa suite I just booked a deluxe studio ocean view room and it is beautiful. Ocean views with the sun flooding into your room and sunny balcony. Very grateful to have a couple of days at the end of our holiday in a lovely sunny room.

We stayed at this hotel for Supanova and On the day of checking into the hotel I was greeted by welcoming staff who not only were helpful with my first time visit but were friendly with all questions and concerns I had asked before settling in. Unfortunately the free wifi wasn’t stable and was very slow and didn’t stay connected. The room was suitable to what we paid for and was spacious with clean aircon and a wonderful view of the city and the beach. There was unfortunately no toilet brush to clean the toilet so it was difficult to clean after use. The pool and spa was very luxurious even though there was sand in the spa and spa jets only working and half capacity. Parking was very secure but is limited. Location is perfect right next to the beach and shops and entertainment facilities for all ages plus public transportation right outside the hotel. And on the day of departure the staff helped me with all paperwork to sign for parking and checking out. So in conclusion I definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning there another time thank you mantra legends hotel for having us

We’ll located near the beach and main “Surfers Paradise District”, plenty of parking, great service, we’ll presented and maintained room and facilities.

The service was excellent, including early access to car park which was extremely handy for us. Rooms was clean and well maintained. Ammenities we’re easily accessible, well maintained and we were easily able to supervise our children. Breakfast and the pool were particular favourites for our 2 boys.
