Really enjoyed our stay. Well located and the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the pool. The bed was awful - a new mattress is needed! And in the afternoon one of the neighbours played what sounded like horror movies very loudly! Apart from that we enjoyed our time there would come back again.

The sheets, towels and room where clean and hotel was in a good spot, but everything was very old and run down, shower was stained and couch had grubby marks i didnt even want to sit on it. No wifi or signal in the room. wouldnt stay again, in desprate need of updating

The whole experience was amazing from booking until we checked out! Booking via the Accor app was super easy and so convenient. Prior to arrival I had emailed the hotel and they were prompt and efficient with getting back to me and assisting my enquiry. We arrived quite early to the hotel and understandably the room wasnt ready, however the team were amazing with being able to get the room ready just after lunch, which really helped after such a long drive. The room itself was super comfortable and spacious. The facilities were awesome, we used both swimming pools, the bbq area and tennis courts - it had everything we needed! We got to our last day and none of us wanted to leave! I had never been to Hervey Bay and after this stay, I would certainly return just to stay here. Thank you all so much, you really made our weekend very special and something we will remember for a long time to come!
