The overall facilities are excellent and it is in a good location, especially if you have kids. While our apartment was situated in a great position the apartment needed repairs - ceiling fans did not work and the curtains were filthy. Housekeeping did not check the milk in the fridge when cleaning as the cartons expired on Nov 2025, yet we stayed in March 2026. Would be beneficial to get Wi-Fi if possible too. Pool was great and so was the games room. I’d stay there again if repairs and cleaning were done

Really disappointed with the accommodation, it was very dated. Saying that I don’t mind it being dated but things were broken, showering was like having a steam bath because there is no ventilation. Lots of chips and cracks which gave the overall impression of uncleanliness. The wifi was absolute garbage and I couldn’t even get an email. The view made up for some of it he down falls

I found the parking great, close to the room, the security was also good, the rooms were basic but well appointed with a full fridge and cooking facilities. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the bedroom. I had been very unwell so it was disappointing that I was not able to have a great night sleep due to no air-conditioning in the bedroom. When I arrived late the room was really quite hot and I thought that I maybe able to turn the lounge air conditioning on get some rest. I checked out early the next morning when (I had paid for another night) and completed my business in Hervey Bay and drove back to Brisbane. Very disappointing.
