Having stayed at this property around 5 times and being a silver Accor member we were surprised we seemed to have been assigned the worst room in the hotel. Badly flickering bathroom light when turned on, the loudest bar fridge ever, I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Tiny balcony and everything is just so tired and run down. They don’t seem to keep guest history as we have never had reception welcome us back. Such a great location but we will not be staying there again.

Great location with beautiful views. Friendly staff at reception. Rooms are a little older and some rooms quite small.

Great spot ..asked for clean towels 2 days straight never come...lift not working walk up down stairs with lugage not good.

The lift stopped working and we were on the 6th floor. Having to walk out a monitor and printer plus luggage on a Sunday morning was not great as I had to do it all as my wife's knees are okay going down stairs but not going up stairs. It would have been nice to have been given a free night or two voucher to compensate. When I checked out I was given a blank look about what sort of compensation we would get for having no lift for 2 nights ( & 3 days). I didn't even get an apology when I said I had had to walk down the stairs with a printer and a monitor. Totally understand things break down but surely some sort of apology and voucher would be a great gesture. A great holiday marred by the last couple of days.
