Did not get accomadation I booked

Good location but badly needs a full renovation

Having stayed at this property around 5 times and being a silver Accor member we were surprised we seemed to have been assigned the worst room in the hotel. Badly flickering bathroom light when turned on, the loudest bar fridge ever, I had to wear ear plugs to sleep. Tiny balcony and everything is just so tired and run down. They don’t seem to keep guest history as we have never had reception welcome us back. Such a great location but we will not be staying there again.

Rooms are very outdated, felt unclean. Washing machine didnt even work properly, paid extra. View, location, pool and staff friendliness are the only good things about this hotel.

Had a room with a wonderful view on the 4th floor of the second tower, facing the marina. The elevator was broken which necessitated climbing the fire escape stairs to reach the room. A gesture of consideration from the hotel would have been thoughtful (a bottle of wine, a small discount off the room cost) but wasn't offered. The room itself was fine, if a touch dated, but the location was great.
