Had to change rooms as noise of sewer processing or whatever it was made it impossible to sleep. I enquired if poor room position was due to booking through third party. I am also an Accor member. Rooms were ok. Staff helpful when approached. Going forward it would be helpful to offer maps on arrival. Also note that everybody is looking for suggestions when they come to a new place. Also note the walls are pretty thin and you can here everything your neighbour does.

Our room was in the perfect position to go on some whale watching tours. We had easy access to some dining venues, and even managed to catch a movie at the small cinema, which was only a few minutes walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, just wish there was a convenience store a little closer.

Disappointed as our expectations were to receive the normal services provided by hotels and motels - ie services rooms daily and on site food availability. We stayed ten days and only had the room cleaned once and fresh towels provided. Had to go to reception to get garbage bags and empty our own bins, also to get milk and other provisions usually replenished by staff. Many items broken or missing e.g. no soap bottle in shower, toilet seat broken, outer door not working. These were mentioned to reception but not attended to during our stay. On the plus side, the view from the balcony was excellent.

Beautiful room with harbour views. Wonderful an accommodating reception team. Only tiny issue was the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like it needed a new bearing which made it noisy to use of a nightime.

The booking was in my name. it was paid for online before we arrived. i did not have any photo identification. the lady stated witout it i could not check in. i offered my credit cards with my name on them. she said they might be stolen. My wife - who bears the same surname - offered her drivers licence. that was rejected because the booking was not in her name. i asked the booking be transferred to my wife's name as that would solve the prolem. i was told because it was an online booking it could not be changed. Ultimately she relented and let us book in but it was an unfriendly reception.

The rooms are very noisy, I could hear every neighbour beside and above me like they were in the room. The elevators smells like mould. The shower/bath is so tall I nearly threw a hip ouit trying to get in and out of the shower. Not grreat after a double hip replacement. The bathroom lights and exhaust fan are permanently on.
