The receptionist wasn’t welcoming, interactive. Didn’t ask us to spin the wheel, when we left she was gone back to her hiding hole in the back room before we even left the desk never mind got out the door.. The lift smelt like a public urinal, we had to hold our breath when using it. There was a stain on the bed sheets. We have previously stayed at the mantra & had a very pleasant experience.. I don’t think we will be staying again.
