I had the staff take the $200 hold on my credit card. Its still there on hold .I contacted your staff who were to look into this and get back to me it has not happened

Stayed in one bedroom with marina views. Was noisy and at night the walkway lights were outside the bedroom with inadequate blind to block out light. The door off the walkway to access the door into the room took several attempts to open.
