Checkin was early and reception staff were helpful. I was staying on the 4th floor and the lift was out of order. So you had to walk through the emergency stairs to get to your floor on a day that was 35 degrees

Great location need to have elevator fixed or provide assistance with bags to the third floor.

The Hotel needs to insure that furnishings are kept in good condition having curtains where the backing is come away looks tacky. Contractors having construction items spread onto disability parking space is not a good thing. Better of you'r room key to a tap card to enter the car park. I believe unfortunately the Hotel has been let go for a while in maintenance. On an upside your staff are great and friendly.
