This accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair access - to enter the room and the bathroom was not at all suitable for people needing accessible accomodation.

Facility very tired now- gardens, rooms all need attention. My room was comfortable but old carpet not too clean and big cockroach crawling around at night. Climbing over spa bath for shower was a challenge

Two nights stay for a hospital is it. Our upgrade to an apartment was very appreciated.

Private - Unfortunately the room was not up to the normal standard of cleanliness I have come to expect from Mantra, the room smelt of wet carpet or worse and the smell remained throughout the weekend, and the previous guests soap was still in the shower which made me question the level of cleanliness further

Humans do what they can. First room ( 4th floor) key did not work then I asked if there was no room on ground floor. I did get one but not sure if that was as “ VIP/Superior” as upper floor was described. It certainly did not feel like one. More like airport cramped rooms more for function than comfort and hiughly priced.

Room not ready, had to wait, got in after 2pm Secure parking always fall and had to park on road area. This room was overpriced for what you received, very disappointed and would NOT recommend the Mantra Hervey Bay to anyone. We plan to come back to Hervey Bay soon but would not stay at the Mantra again. And the staff were not friendly especially for a resort type holiday.
