Very comfortable beds! We slept like babies on the island. There was a drip coming from the air on unit but the rooms were a good size for the two of us. Friends who were vegetarian didn’t get the best array of foods other than a salad but we were traveling with a large group so only ate buffet style. The staff were really friendly though and the overall experience was a great one.

Loved the pool, and the beach. We had a group stay with our business of 200+ people, for our conference event, the activities on the first day was amazing and well organized. Had great survival challenges at the beach, the food was good. Just that my card did not swipe in one go, had to try several times and then it swiped. Otherwise the ambience and staff were all super supportive.

The resort is quite old and run down . The 2 casual restaurants are really awful with limited healthy food options including breakfast that was very bad quality. Dune restaurant is a bit better but service is non existent and food takes ages to arrive. Generally in terms of health options food and drinks and food quality is basically non existent at this resort they are running on fast disgusting food as French fries and deep fried items on all restaurants for all kids menus . The village store staff are extreamly rude and impertinent rolling their eyes and offering very little customer support especially Chris one of their counter staff. It is really appalling how little customer service this resort generally has. Day trip was lovely and driver was great at explaining everything with great knowledge . The ranger flora tour was lovely We won’t be back due to lack of service and bad food

The resort is situated on a lovely site and well landscaped. Hotel style room has comfortable beds, is well lit and has a spacious verandah. The room could do with storage shelving/ drawers for clothing, as only hanging space is provided. Unfortunately one must 'live out of a suitcase' with regard to storage of personal items, undies and other clothing items.

Very happy with our Kingfisher Bay Resort accommodation and breakfast package. Loved the new Illumina light show. Highly recommend a drink watching the sunset at the Sunset bar and dinners at Sandbar Bistro! Very relaxing atmosphere. We will be back for sure!
