The room felt worn out. Although there had been a good surface clean parts of the room had dirt in the corner and there was evidence of mould in the bathroom. Also the TV mount was crooked and the wires were hanging down from behind which would be a simple fix from the maintenance department. On the upside all the linen and towels etc were clean and the staff were friendly and professional. However, a week before our stay I was asked to pay the booking in full even though I had chosen the pay at hotel option. Not great since I am an Accor+ platinum member. In short, I think the hotel rooms are solely in need of a major renovation, especially considering the amazing location.
