Probably the worst experience ever no advice or warning at booking prior notification to arriving or even at checkin that major an extremely noisy works where being undertaking with jack hamming & drilling for 4 days of the stay. I all the places and locations over many many years the absolute worst and most unprofessional managed situation ever encounter and after complaining still have not received the promised credit promised and told it was being processed on the 4th of December now the 10th of December - will make reconsider Accor completely as a loyal member, for other competitors. Inexcusable.

Perfect central location on The Esplanade. In the midst of many eateries and the iconic Villa Romano Italian Restaurant. Really nice, helpful reception staff and my very clean 1 bedroom apartment was ideal. Lovely views from the balcony out through the gardens and palm trees to the water.
