Everything was perfect besides the fact that they didn't give me a free coffee in breakfast. Staff should know that every platinum member gets breakfast and coffee included. They didn't even have me in the list.

I like this hotel, gives all comfort needed in minimum space. Restaurant and breakfast service were also great. Nice hotel for solo travelers.

Great central location, easy to get to from bus interchange. Delicious breakfast. Room was very small. Really only suitable for one person for one night. We had two nights in a “double” room but it was a challenge!

The information regarding this location through "Booking" was inaccurate, regarding the facilities actually available. The two specifics that I wanted. Parking.( Shower)/ Bath. I had requested a bath and parking. No Baths available at this Hotel. And then to be told that parking is an additional $25 per day. This information not given when booking. This I felt was deceptive. Jack at the front desk was great, friendly, and had a pleasant demeanor. I told him my feedback. He said he'd pass it along to the reservation team. Keith at the Bar was so helpful and cheerful. I'd consider coming back, but next time I will need to clarify my needs first, as a generic description isn't conducive to returning clientele.
