I have stayed with Accor for over 30 years and this would have to be the worst rooms Ive had. TV didn’t work, ask for assistance from staff . I was told they would replace the tv but it didn’t happen. Bath function in bathroom didn’t work leaving me annoyed as I was looking forward to a bath. Curtains didn’t block out the sunlight, felt as if I was sleeping outside.

The staff were great, very helpful, welcoming and made the stay bearable. The room, well, the carpet was extremely dirty and stained with multiple spills. The tv would not work with internet, the furniture was tired and chipped, the sofa was stained, the walls were cracked, repair marks visible, scuffs and marks everywhere, the bathroom was fine but the shower glass door was very dirty at the bottom, the bedroom had holes in the wall and marks where the missing headboard should have been, one bedside table and no bedside lamps. This was a shambles and utterly unacceptable. I contacted the manager and have not had a reply or resolution.

The room was a little 'tired' and I think I killed about three baby cockroaches. The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect. Stepping into that deep bath is a bit of a challenge. Having said that the staff were great and there was no road noise etc.
