Okay stay. Reception issued incorrect room keys - twice. We’re told we had interconnecting rooms - we didn’t. Didn't get notified when room was ready - which was requested. Also dirty dishes left in hall way for hours - wasn’t pleasant to walk past.

My daughter and I always go on a staycation at different hotels, and I chose to return to your hotel because we had a pleasant stay last year. With every hotel I've stayed at, I've always felt welcome when a request is granted, and I believe that’s what hospitality service is all about: being accommodated in every possible way, regardless of status. However, I felt that your hotel was all about it, and I was disappointed by how I was treated by the reception staff when I requested a half-hour late checkout. Initially, the staff said he'd check my account first, then came back to say he couldn't accommodate my request because the hotel was fully booked. Then I had to explain that I was asking for extra time so we could enjoy our room service breakfast, but he said he'd request expedited delivery. (In the end, the order still came late, so we had to rush to eat.) With this experience, I felt I had to really beg for the request, only for it not to be granted anyway. Also, I thought the staff was not even friendly. Therefore, the last moments of our stay weren't pleasant.

We were checked into a room that someone else had already been checked into! We entered the room to find someone else’s luggage in there. How this could even happen is beyond me, and I wonder if the Hotel has even reached out to the other guest to let them know of this blunder. This is a massive security breach, imagine someone else been given access to your hotel room, imagine how disastrous this could have been. We are just lucky the person was not in the room at the time we entered.
