We stayed on the 9th until 13th April. While checking in, my wife was approached by a staff (a man, sorry didn't ask for his name) and he prepared a special greeting for my son. It's not just a plain welcome greeting but he went the extra mile to print a spider man image on the card (character that my son love), put it in the room, next to a dessert plate. You could imagine how happy and bright my soon look. I would like to say a massive thank you to the staff who did that.we have stayed couple of times and Our stay has always been great from checkin until checkout. One minor thing I might need to mention is information inconsistency. Maybe I understand wrongly, but I have one staff said I could have special rate breakfast at any day as long I informed the reception day before. And I have one staff said I need to commit the whole stay for the spacial rate breakfast. Anyway, no drama. We highly appreciate that housekeeping is still done on a regular service. I have stayed in a hotel that housekeeping is only upon request and sometime chargeable. I understand why some hotel doing it but it's nice some hotel still doing house keeping on a regular basis as part of the service and hotel experience. Great job team. Can't wait to come back

I took my sister who has additional needs and they were terrific in accommodating to ensure she was safe and enjoyed herself. the rooms are fantastic however the restaurant Pastore was extremely disappointing. My sister is coeliac and on the second morning they had run out of cereal, there was only one pastry choice. we had dinner at the restaurant first night. The steaks for us were tough and the potatoes weren’t crispy the desert choice for my sister was tasteless. Only one choice she wouldn’t eat it. We tried it. It was horrible and we were charged $18 for this. We’ve eaten at Pastori before. It’s been fantastic.
