This is my hidden business hideaway, great for entertaining clients, and central to everything in Melbourne (unless you need to be in the CBD... and even then, its only 20 minutes from the CBD) Fantastic eating, as you'd expect from Melbourne with easy parking and facilities. Need a meeting room? Hit them up for a space upstairs in the Altus Bar during the day, there is no one around, and a spectacular view. So while this is not 'a business hotel' think outside the box, it's a refreshing change.

Great Stay a few minor interruptions.

There was no “still water” in the room which all hotels provide and upon checking out there was sparkling water in the fridge that we could of had but there was nothing to notify us that this was complimentary and I would of preferred still water. A loud sucking/vaccum noise coming from the air condition upon entering our room lucky we attended an event so were gone most night when we arrived back it had quietened down. The breakfast was not alot of variety happy to pay for it but when there is not much on offer pretty expensive for an omelette and cut fruit for $80.

I always stay at this hotel when I visit Melbourne. The staff are very kind and friendly, and the rooms are comfortable. However, as an Accor member, I have noticed that the benefits keep changing, and there has been a reduction in the opportunities available. I deducted one point because the gym facilities were not up to standard—the water machine was empty and seemed to have been out of use for a long time. On a positive note, the swimming pool is consistently good.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chadstone. Khang helped my husband arrange arrival champagne, treats and flowers as it was our wedding anniversary. His service pre arrival was excellent. Rosie made the most amazing omelettes for breakfast, eggs your way really made it feel like we were overseas. We enjoyed the onsite day spa and pool area. The decor is sensational throughout the hotel, lots of little details that set it above other hotels. All the staff across the hotel were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. If you can get a high room with city and bay views its just beautiful. We stayed in a suite in room, would highly recommend this.
