The service from the front desk to the restaurant is very friendly and hotel environment is also very relaxing and peaceful. The room is very clean and the view is amazing. It’s just that the room does not provide international sockets, and I don’t understand why there is no door in the shower room. The breakfast restaurant environment is very pleasant, but unfortunately the food is not hot enough and there are not many choices. I had dinner at the same restaurant and their dinner was delicious. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay this time.

My husband and I had an amazing kickboxing class with Thien! The session was engaging, well-paced, and tailored to our skill levels. Thien's teaching style is clear and motivating, making the workout both fun and challenging. The gym venue was fantastic—spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

Wonderful resort. Staff is extremely friendly and eager to assist with any information needed. Front desk staff Jaden is exceptional. F&B staff Tram is lovely. The villa was very nice. The food is exquisite. We highly recommend Premier Village in Phu Quoc!!

Luxurious accommodation

Premier Village we found to have very luxurious accommodation, exceptional in many ways, with lots of space and comfort. The personal/private pools are really good and ours had a nice waterfall as well. The staff were courteous and really try to make you feel welcome and comfortable, generally responsive to your needs. On the downside are small things. There is no economical dining within the resort or nearby due to location. Little things that would make a difference were not there. Fresh milk was not used for brewed coffee, instead long life milk (UHT) for which is not as nice. There is no milk in the accommodation. The accomodation had no hand towels/ tea towel or anything in the kitchen should you wash an item or hands. Downstairs toilet has a basin to wash hands but nothing to dry hands. We were somewhat confused whether this was a place you should bring all your own gear versus where things are provided since there is not even a microwave to for example reheat food. They do offer at cost, cooking implements etc but otherwise the cupboards and drawers are effectively empty of anything. There isn’t any halfway. Lastly we struggled a bit with communication, even senior staff did not ha English.
