Our stay was great, the villa was huge, comfortable and we had a great time both in the villa as well as by the beach. Service was good although there was a breakdown in the in-house communications where our bookings were somehow cancelled when we didn’t do so. So there seems to be a need to double confirm everything with the hotel. The activities for kids could be more intentional and fun, but the indoor club is good. We would come back again, it was a fun stay.

Our stay was lovely, I do think the service for lunch and dinner requires a few more staff, our meals were not all brought out at the same time, this was on a lunch and a dinner. Breakfast was great, plenty of variety and good quality. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.
