We have chosen for this hotel, especially for the good location and the architectural beauty of the famous architect who designed the hotel. Our disappointment was immense when we got the room: a musty attic room without a window! And that for the price of 254 euros for 2 nights, without breakfast! The next day we asked for a room with a window, but that turned out not to be possible. We do not understand why as hotel management you do not make a distinction in the room choices so that customers can choose for those rooms, at a significantly lower price of course. In addition, the lamp next to the mirror did not work, nor did several sockets and the water in the shower continued to run, which made a very disturbing noise. But the worst thing was the musty smell ... and of course no way to ventilate the room through the window. We were very disappointed about the way the receptionist handled our complaints. So we made our decision: never again !
