We understand that the comfort of our guests is of utmost importance, and we regret to hear that the air conditioning unit in your room did not provide the quiet environment you expected. Our double-glazed windows are designed to minimize outside noise, and we apologize if this was not sufficient during your stay. We also acknowledge your concerns regarding the online check-in process. While we strive to streamline our guests' arrival experience, it seems we have fallen short in this area and we extend our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We hope you were able to appreciate our central location, just 4 km from the city centre, with convenient access to public transportation and close proximity to several attractions like the famous Königsallee shopping district and the picturesque old town.
