A good hotel for either a short or longer stay.

My room was really clean and very quiet. I stayed here for a week and there was no noise at all throughout my stay. There was a large choice of breakfast items and all bread, fruit, etc. was fresh and tasty. Reception staff were very happy to answer the random questions I asked during my stay. My bedroom had an extra bed in, which I did not need, and I asked for this to be removed which happened really quickly and without any fuss.

pathetic service, and experience I am a Silver member accor plus, and have. never stayed in a worst Mercure hotel, from reception assistance to room and cleanliness. Not even a bottle provided in the room, the phone in the room not working to, bathroom stinking.

I told the reception that I had an early flight out and would be leaving at around 6am. The clerk said that the breakfast package would be ready at 6am. In the morning I went to check out at 5.55am and asked if the breakfast package was ready. The clerk noticed a note on the side table and ran to deliver it to the restaurant. After that, he told me that the breakfast package was being made and asked me to wait. I waited until around 6.08am and told me that I didn't have time to wait any longer, at which point the clerk rushed back to the restaurant. I waited a little longer, but no one was in sight so I left because I was in a hurry to get to the airport. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillow was especially comfortable for me. The breakfast was also ok.

I had a short enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, in the restaurant and in the bar were were very friendly and helpful. I was provided with a room upgrade on the 5th floor without requesting one. I asked if my airline boarding pass could be printed and this was done very willingly. My room was very clean and comfortable. There was a wide range of hot and cold food available in the breakfast buffet. The price for my two night stay was very reasonable. I would certainly consider returning to this hotel on a future visit to Düsseldorf.
