No water in the room No gym

We are pleased that you found our hotel well-located, taking advantage of our proximity to various transport links and attractions, including the beautiful Königsallee and the vibrant MedienHafen district. However, we regret to hear that the absence of complimentary water in your room did not meet your expectations. Our team is always on hand to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay, and while we do not offer complimentary water as a standard, our bar and restaurant provide a selection of beverages for purchase. Furthermore, we acknowledge your desire for more fresh foods. We continually strive to offer a variety of dining options and will take your preference into consideration as we aim to cater to all our guests' tastes. We hope you managed to take advantage of our other amenities, such as the high-speed WiFi, satellite TV channels, and the option to enjoy meals on our sunny terrace during pleasant weather. We stayed here for a few nights when visiting for the euro 2024 football tournament. The hotel was ok, it was right out of the way of dussledorf centre and we had to get a cab to and from each day. The hotel bar was pretty good, the breakfast was terrible. The rooms were good enough for a 2 night stay

Hotel is clean and service is average and no recognition for Platinum member, the receptionist provide very basic service without warm welcome as we got in other accor hotel chain..
