Hotel is clean and service is average and no recognition for Platinum member, the receptionist provide very basic service without warm welcome as we got in other accor hotel chain..

Room nice but AC was like having a helicopter in the room and didn’t actually cool it very much. Hot breakfast was limited and no option for toast

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Pity the restaurant wasn't open on Saturday night, and that there were no alternatives in the area that I was made aware of. Breakfast on Sunday morning was really great!
