We regret that we were unable to assist with the use of your Diner & Spa Rewards voucher due to a technical issue within the Accor system. Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that no points were deducted in error, and there were no unintended transactions related to the voucher. Additionally, we have verified that the final amount of KRW 540,000 was successfully charged to your AMEX card.
