I came with my family to enjoy a wonderfull time on Rixos resort in Tekirova but I was very dissapointed. When you come to a premium resort by rixos you expect to have baverages on the bottle but what you will find here is cola like mc donalds , also they have the cheaps whisky you can find on the market red label , Jb , etc. They have a la cart restaurant that are included in our holliday pack but there are fully booked. Only good things is that they have a lot of things to do for kids.

Poor quality resort, food, drinks and entertainment.

Is not a 5 star resort quality, not a premium resort, also i was in Hurghada at Rixos Magawish and it was high level, better food, better drinks, very clean, here everything looks lile 2 stars resort. The pool is very cold, the entertainment team speaks only in russian, zero entertainment especially on voley ball. The locations with drinks are far away, if you go to rixy pool and want a drink, you have to go minimum 1km to take something. We are 3 families, we came together and paid the same price, 2 of them because they gave money to the reception got an upgraded rooms. The clean stuff should to do their job better. I don t recomend this resort, with this price you can find something better, with 5 stars services.

You booked a Deluxe room, but upon arrival, your room and the room of your friends were upgraded to a family room category without any additional payment. At the moment you are living in a room that was renovated in 2023, and it is one of the most expensive categories. Don’t recommend!!!! We came to rixos Tekirova because we were in Rixos premium Magawish Hurgada but Tekirova was a complete disappointment! Here it is ok if you are russian , the entertainment team speak only russian and turkish. I told them please speak also in english but they don’t care. The food is not good, I tryed a lot of different dishes and nothing is good, it’s like you eat in a 2 stars hotel. When we arrived with 4 kids we waited the rooms for 2 hours. They don’t have coca cola in a bottle they have like mcdonlads, lot of ice ( it’s like you drink water). If you want to drink whiskey they have johnny walker red. I don t think you can finde a worst whiskey then red label. When we arrived they told us that we can go to 3 a la cart restaurants that are included in the price. ( all a la cart restaurant are fully booked so we can t go). Only good thing is that they have very big rooms and a lot of things to do with the kids.

The room was very nice, very clean and with a beatiful view to the mountain. The drinks and the food was very delicious, my personal favourite was the lahmacun and the A la Turca restaurant. The beach was also very very nice.

Excellent Stay Clean restaurants, beach and room. We had whatsapp assistants, Vani and Merve, were able to answer questions we had. Booked for a family massage- excellent and worth while Would recommend for a family holiday as the resort had all the amenities you could possibly want. Merve went above and beyond, not only being so welcoming on the first day, but looked after us the whole holiday making sure we had everything we could possibly need. We was also upgraded from a family garden flat to a villa with a swimming pool garden. Amazing! We went as a family of four for my mums 50th birthday and was worth every penny!
