I would love to come back next year. It was pleasure to spent vacation in Rixos.

It's my 7th stay in Rixos Tekirova - so I knew what to expect. Even through all chellanges of covid my vacation was amazing

Terrible Sea view rooms was provided as the beginning (limited Sea view, tiny balcony). Had to negociate with reception for change. Overcrowded sea line (not enough sun beds). Service was good. Cleaning was ok. Not all restaurants were open. Low quality of the spa massages and atmosphere at spa. Good food.

Everything was good, but the hotel was overcrowded, at the beach at 9 am all the longchairs were ocupied, at the restaurant too many people...

We have stayed at the Rixos Premium Tekirova with our children on a few previous occasions and now returned as a couple after a break of about five years. We were concerned not to spoil our previous very happy memories. Our overall experience was truly very good and especially so in the light of the pandemic. First the major positives. We felt very safe from Covid, the attention to detail in mitigating the danger was excellent. Staff were always polite courteous and A was a major improvement on previous visits when Bar staff especially could at time look in the opposite direction. The location remains unspoilt and the gardens beautifully maintained. The beach, where we spent our days was lovely. The rooms were well appointed and everything worked well. The cleaning staff again were polite, pleasant and efficient. The choice of food and the quality were generally very good. Now for areas which could be improved. While the garden villa rooms were really good, one minor detail was not and was potentially dangerous. The double bed in the main bedroom was designed with stylish BUT sharp corners on the bed frame. I knocked my shin on these a couple of times, and it was only after the second bruise/scratch that I realised where I had sustained an earlier (minor) injury. This really should be addressed as litigious visitors might look to exploit this. The second area which didn’t compare quite a well as on our previous visits was the range of different foods available. While quality remained high, the range was much more limited. We missed the previous themed international evenings, particularly the delicious rice stuffed roasted lamb as the various Eastern European dishes which has disappeared from the menu. One final comment about restaurant staff in particular is that while they were polite, please at and very attentive, they were often over attentive and rushing to clear plates even while we were still eating. This felt as if they were concentrating very well on their task, but were not always keeping the guest foremost in their minds. However, overall, service was very good and much improved on our previous visits five years ago. We had a delightful holiday and having booked directly we secured a good deal and felt it was good value for money. The location is perfect and the standard of care very good. To maintain and justify the 5* rating I would suggest that the breadth and range of food choices should probably be restored to previous levels.

Completely satisfied with everything. It was our second time in this hotel and we plan to visit it again in 2021. Very good service, food, nature, see, complete relax and real rest.

Liked: location, area, sport activates, beach, food, a la carte restaurants, bars Can be improved: extend water-ark opening hours till 5pm, provide different pillows (softer/ harder) in a room, not 4 identical pillows, music from night disco was too loud (stayed in the main building), think how you can improve it (maybe to add sound proof walls around the stage), remove unused towels from the sunbeds more often as people are reserving the sunbeds from 6am they didn`t use in the end

What a fantastic hotel, really pleased with the overall stay. Sibel who checked us in was so helpful showing us the timings of restaurants, and the food and drink was amazing! We really enjoyed the entertainment and also the fitness classes, especially the anti-gravity yoga! Although one thing to mention would be the use of plastic at the hotel was immense! Understandably no re-usable glasses at this time with COVID, but just made us think! This didn’t detract from the overall experience, we would love to return and try the swim-up pool villas because we liked the look of the exclusive restaurant! Also - had great fun at the water park, didn’t have to queue almost at all! Thanks again for a brilliant holiday :)

Excellent hotel. Very friendly, helpful and competent staff. Everyone tried to be helpful in all areas of the hotel. Excellent range of food in the main restaurant and also the food hall. This was our 4th visit and the quality of our stay was equal to, if not better than previous visits.

This hotel located on a beautiful place, but servise was terrible: in our room 1356 the air conditioner was broken: it worked like a fan, distilling hot humid air. the hotel administration only came up with excuses, but did not want to solve the problem. As a result, we fell asleep all the rest with great efforts and partly thanks to sleeping pills (this is not normal for 5-star hotels, not to mention the premium segment, where you actually aim). almost all service personnel do not know everyday English, they forget and confuse orders, and sometimes even argued and snapped back. I had to switch to raised tones, which I never do, since I was raised differently. and we are not in the bazaar. a separate note to the hotel itself: why are you hiring premium class people from the street? (one of the waiters told us about this) PS: at first we lived in room 1207, but left it with a scandal and threats that I would call the police: after 23:00 music was screaming under our windows so that the windows vibrated. when I called the reception, they only switched me between communication lines. after 30 minutes of disputes with the reception, they agreed to change our room in the morning, but in the morning they said that it would only be on the next day. After I raised a scandal they found a room (with a broken air conditioner, shower and a shower drain). “Thank you” for wasting my nerves and time defending my basic human rights instead of my rest. This is not Rixos' level!

First time in this resort, not in Turkey, but could say, that is my best experience spending my time in this lovely country.
