Brilliant service from all staff, who were excellent throughout our stay. Food was really good, theme park excellent, lots to see and do. The daily bus to the Rixos Premium was fabulous and allowed for a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the theme park. We booked through Easyjet holidays, and the private transfers via Diane Travel were fab. Prompt and send WhatsApp messages to confirm pick up. At the hotel, they also had a private WhatsApp with the guest relations which was a brilliant addition allowing contact and swift response for any questions or room requirements. In reception there was an easy booking desk for some of the additional restaurants in the complex. This made it easy to coordinate a change for eating. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Buffet restaurant loads of choice and again gemreat service from the staff. We did a Turkish Bath in the spa which was great too. Overall the only things I'd be very picky about and slightly mark down was the lack of sport within the 24hr sports bar (typically only two football games a day, which were English or Turkish focused). Would have been great to see more choice and options for other interests. And the TV channels in the room were very limited, often cutting out and not coming back (Nickelodeon for example was a hit or miss in our room). But overall although an expensive holiday this was worth every penny in my view. We had an excellent time and our son loved Nickelodeon World in particular. The meet and greet with Spongebob was a highlight for him.

Everything was excellent except the room, What I reserved for the king deluxe pink , I got twin bed pink room but been moved to be together.

The Kingdom hotel and the Theme park acts as individual entities causing grief to customer experience where hotel is pretending to offer "All inclusive" experience while the Theme park is trying to fork out as much money as possible from the guests during their visit. This is ok for day visitors but absolutely stressful for holiday stay at the hotel. Compared to other actual "All inclusive resort" stays where I used to forget about my wallet for a week, I found myself carrying cards for payment everyday for stuff that are usually free in other resorts. The only inclusive bars and restaurants are intentionally located in far corners so it's very difficult to reach them when trying to relax and get refreshments while the ones located next to pools and rides are only paid. This is the first and will be the LAST visit from me and my family unfortunately. The other Rixos resort was good and operating as a normal resort as expected.

After 5 wonderful days, we’re heading home, and I honestly feel a little sad to leave. This place is so much more than a beautiful hotel and resort — it’s the people who work here who make the experience truly special. The food was amazing, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the service throughout our stay was fantastic. I especially want to mention Onur and Islam from the restaurant. Thank you both for being so kind, attentive and welcoming. People like you are a big part of why guests leave with such lovely memories. Cristal deserves a very special mention too. She is always smiling, always friendly, and incredibly quick with the orders. That kind of genuine warmth really makes a difference when you’re on holiday. And then there is Talgar, who served us every single evening on the outside terrace. What a lovely young man. Always polite, hardworking, smiling and willing to help. You can really see that he cares about doing his job well. Today, I actually witnessed a customer being extremely rude to Talgar. I was honestly shocked by the way she spoke to him, but what impressed me most was how Talgar handled the situation. He stayed calm, respectful and professional from beginning to end. I genuinely don’t know how he managed it because, in his place, I probably would have lost my patience! Talgar, you deserve recognition and praise. Your kindness, patience and professionalism say so much about your character. I hope the management knows what a wonderful member of the team they have in you. ❤️ The entertainment was also fantastic, and there was always something happening. We never had a dull moment. I’ve read some negative reviews online, and honestly, I would say don’t let them put you off. Of course, everyone experiences things differently, but for us, this place has been beautiful, memorable and full of wonderful people. This was our second visit, and I’m sure it won’t be our last. To all the staff at The Land of Legends: thank you for making our 5 days so special. You work incredibly hard, and it shows. You should all be very proud of yourselves and of the beautiful place you’ve created. We’re going home with full hearts, beautiful memories and already thinking about coming back. ❤️

We stopped at the kingdom hotel for 10 nights with our 4 girls ranging from 7-19 yrs. we all had a brilliant time. The staff were excellent and friendly and the hotel itself was spotless. The food was brilliant and we all had plenty to choose from. The water park speaks for itself it’s got something for everyone. Special thanks to Aziz and Eyup for their assistance at the wave shock pool. Our only problem now is we don’t know how to top this holiday. Most likely just have to return.

First Hotel I have ever stayed where you felt as if you were really a guest. Most hotels are so petty. I did not find a single instance where I felt this at Land of Legends. Highly recommended and worth every single penny.

Genuinely an amazing place and amazing staff, from front of staff, cleaners making pretty bows with our little girls blanket and the waiting staff in the restaurant was second to none. Only things id say for improvement is information upon arrival, it was unclear where and what was included with the all inclusive package in the parks etc, a proper welcome pack upon arrival would sort this rather than the unclear map given. Also the nightly entertainment was amazing people with small children or children with additional needs, autism in our case shouldn't be facing the main square as it doesn't help with getting them to sleep but these are only small things, overall genuinely loved our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

Wow factors there and the kids loved it, place is clean and staff are brilliant, foods really good for all inclusive but theres 4 hours a day you cant eat if you wanted to, snacks are frustrating too, when you visit Sister Hotel Rixos you get snacks same ones at Kingdom would be charged. Need more area of the park for Hotel guests only

We were very satisfied with our stay at LoL hotel. The hotel and it's facilities are beautiful and so well equipped for children. They really have thought of everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. They were able to deal with any questions or problems we had throughout our staff in an efficient and timely manner. The food was really good and there were plenty of options on display each morning and evening. Our children are extremely fussy eaters but they thoroughly enjoyed each and every meal. Our only complaint would be the quality of sleep and the All Inclusive nature at the water and theme park. The beds were lovely and large but we found them to be extremely hard and we were unable to get a restful sleep during our stay because of this. Not all shops/kiosks are all inclusive and for the the price paid to stay at the hotel they really should of been. Despite these minor set backs we had the holiday of a lifetime and the children both really enjoyed their holiday.
