I enjoyed everything about the hotel is was everything I expected and more my daughter taught it was amazing my only 1 negative is my daughter went to get an ice cream 1 evening and as I watched from outside she was totally ignored and the male server served a number of kids before her I had to go in before she was served she is a tall 10 so that was not the problem I felt the turkish were being served before her other than that it was unbelievable

A great hotel for family, with a big theme park & water park, the dolphins, but no entertainment for adults, who deserve it after catering for kids all day. It would also be lovely to have an outdoor pool in your hotel for guests only. Not enough English speaking staff, & a few were very miserable which is sad when all we want is fun and laughter, & to get into the holiday atmosphere, which was lacking. Our bar waiter Orhan was fantastic, he is the hardest, friendliest worker, he made us feel very special & he put everyone else to shame. It is a very impressive hotel, there is no denying that, as you approach it, it takes your breath away.

With a very nice last year’s stay, we planned another 4 days stay this year. However, it was a bad start as our check-in was considerably delayed. Afterwards too, it was monotonous menu every day. Still, given the activities and proximity, it was a good stay. But not value for money.

Staff, food, parks everything was excellent. When we arrived we had a room with no balcony and asked to move, it wasn’t an issue at all and the staff came to get our luggage to take it to a new room which was perfect with a view of the castle.
