We have bad best vacation in our life as we enjoyed all a la carte restaurant. The quality of food and drinks are so tasty. The room are so beautiful and it always cleaned on daily bases. The main restaurant is always available and tasty food❤❤❤

Had another fabulous holiday at this hotel. On arrival we were welcomed by Amr who checked us in and then contacted us most days to ensure all was well. He is an amazing young man and helped make our holiday special. Prior to arrival I had requested a room on ground floor in Block 4, so was very happy we were allocated room 4012, which was looked after really well by Mohammed Ali. He surprised us on several days with beautiful towel art, we had little chats with him most days, such a lovely guy who did a great job every day. The Palm buffet and all A La Carte restaurants were fantastic, great menus and staff who were efficient and friendly, they remembered us and our preferences from previous visits which was amazing!! Thanks to the supervisor Mohammed and his team especially Mohammed Raafat, Ehab & Shimaa Abdo. Oasis swimming pool was heated which was great. The pool and terrace were looked after very well. The bar staff and waiters regularly check to see if you wanted any drinks and often brought water. The beach bar staff Botrs, Elsayed Ahmed, Basma and Nemr etc were friendly and very efficient. The Lobby bar lacked atmosphere, it would be nice to have some background music in the evenings. X lounge and Sports bar were also good during the shows with all bar staff and waiters especially Abdul Elatif, Ramos, Michelle & Norhan Reda, working very hard whilst still being friendly. Evening shows were good as were the bands afterwards. It’s a shame that the DJs still all play the same style of music every beach party and every night, it would be great to have a variety of genre. The buggy drivers are brilliant, especially “Romeo” and “Max” Suliman, always friendly and checking to see if you need a lift when they pass you along their routes. The resort and gardens are kept immaculate by all the maintenance and gardening staff. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. All the staff that we met were so genuinely friendly and work so hard to ensure you have a great holiday. If you need anything just ask and they will try to help out. A special thanks to Amr. I’m sure I’ve missed some names but you are all a real asset to the hotel, thank you.

Great beach facilities. Amazing Food. Rooms are large with some details that need reformation (floor, having a rain shower in the room not only a bath, towels and robes are quite old already). Reception staff at the front desk are not very welcoming, we did a late check out and I would expect when checking out the receptionist to ask how was our stay, but not even a smile or a thank you. I hope the manager will read this as I strongly advice to give trainning to the staff in general, some people are very nice but some are very unprofessional.

Wow, best hotel we have ever stayed in. Fantastic facilities but what makes this hotel special is the staff. Our first visit to Sharm and we were upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge. We stayed in block 4 facing the garden which was lovely and quiet just as we had requested. Our room number was 4005 which a very short walk to reception and the Oasis pool. All the staff are so friendly and do their upmost to make your stay special. Special mention to our housekeeper, Muhammed Ali who looked after us and ensured our room was mosquito free. He even made up our bed on our last night with roses and lights.
