Extremely helpful and nice reception/bar staff. Room was spotless clean. Breakfast buffet selection was spot on, regularly topped up by the breakfast staff. Overall excellent and enjoyable stay.

When we first arrived to the hotel, we got there very early and the staff were very helpful in taking our bags so we could go and explore Glasgow. They then also had our room ready by 1pm which was fantastic as we were very tired after running on only 2hrs sleep. The room was standard, and was good space wise for a short trip, the bed wasn’t too uncomfortable and the pillows were great. The blinds were fantastic and kept the light out from outside. However the room was quite cold during the night and the heater/ac didn't work. The blankets were very thin also and didn’t provide much warmth during the night. Staff interaction was limited, we had went to the front desk a couple of times with queries and questions and staff were no where to be seen, and this was before 10pm. We had went to get lunch downstairs and when tried to ask the staff, there wasn’t much information given on how to order food and whether or not there was a menu. We also tried to wattsapp the number provided on the tv screen for questions at 7:15pm even now, that message has not been seen or replied to. This had really disappointed us as it was our first time in Glasgow and really put a damper on our stay.

Located very close to Glasgow Central Station and Central Glasgow. Very nice communal seating area and bar. However, very poor quality cooked breakfast kept warm in a steam bath making everything soggy. The beds were also uncomfortable with a hard mattress and thin duvets/pillows.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel well located for the centre of Glasgow with very good breakfast and option of the cafe for snacks etc a great addition. The bedroom very clean and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

Had to stay for a conference Check in was very easy Room was comfortable, but was too cold and it was difficult to get the temperature to be comfortable Breakfast was good apart from the sausage patties on the first day which were unpleasant Otherwise it was well placed and convenient
