Mattress protector was stained. Right hand side of the bed, at bedside table carpet badly stained. Shower was blocked however that was attended to very efficiently by the girl at the desk. Breakfast both mornings breakfast disappointing. Run out of bread didn’t seem to be enough staff to cater for the residents booked. Waited 15 minutes for cutlery (forks)..Bacon appeared to be done in the oven causing it to sticking together looking pale and limp, would have benefited being cooked on griddle. Set up for breakfast chaffing dish area was a bottleneck. Croissant were replenished, however no food tongs were used (bare hands) Food handler had facial hair where no beard snood (covering) was worn.

Nice hotel. Small wardrobe witb only 4 hangars in a double room so a couple may struggle for hanging space and there are no drawers either. Bed was comfortable and no street noise outside. The receptionist when we first arrived around 10am was very grumpy and quite rude and couldnt wait to tell us we had to wait until 3pm to check into our rooms! The other gentleman was lovely and in a happier mood and assisted us with storing luggage. We didnt book breakfast. Tried the coffee shop however the 2 staff on there we too engrossed in their phones to noticed we had arrived. Ordered a tea and a coffee eventully the young girl was disinterested and didnt Even bother to give us milk for the tea so again had to go to the bar area to ask for the milk with no apology given. Great location for town centre and airport bus Just a couple of minutes walk too.
