Staff were incredible, the free drink for refusing room service is genius, and overall a great time. I also love that the room had 4 different levels of firmness pillows. I'm not sure if that was intentional but amazing for letting me find the perfect one. My only feedback is the mattress, it was a little lopsided from overuse on one side. I compensated by getting a second duvet and sleeping on that folded in half so it wasn't a deal breaker.

Excellent (again) Great hotel, very much recommended if staying in Glasgow. Room perfect and clean with a good view. Staff all pleasant and professional. Bar/lounge area so relaxing and comfortable. Very quirky hotel with a music theme which is so good! Hotel staff left a wee surprise and very much appreciated treat in my room, what a lovely thought! So close to transport links and plenty bars and restaurants in the area. Go for it!
