There was an awful internal noise in our room, it wasn’t from outside the building. Not sure what it was maybe the lifts, it started at 6am and continued frequently throughout the day. An unfortunate problem for an otherwise lovely stay.

Great location and good room. However on the first day i couldnt close the blinds when i wanted yo shower and they were randomly closed when i cane back in the evening There was also no body wash in the shower for my stay.

quick trip away, hotel was very accommodating, our only negative was the bathroom was very for wheelchair access, and there was no bench to put toiletries on which really reduced it functionally. there was more than enough space to fix this without compromising the wheelchair accessibility and I think could be improved. otherwise the hotel was lovely, and staff exceptional

Great service, rooms and l Iocation. I look forward to my next stay. Only negative was the night roadworks outside the hospital made it impossible to unload our bags, no fault of the hotel. The staff did everything they could to make our stay great.
