The food here was amazing and the service from Maretis was 5 star. She was absolutely amazing and very nice with great food recommendations and service. The arrachera taco is absolutely spectacular, seriously one of the best tacos I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered them everyday I’ve been here and today is day 5 of my trip….lol. The drinks are also great and none of that cheap alcohol after taste….its the real deal. 5 star food with 5 star service.

We came here for dinner on a Saturday night. Our bartender was Luis Pautt at Bar Bahia and he took great care of us! The sabana ceviche is the best ceviche I have had, and the Fish Tamal and fish del Bahia were delicious as well. The pina coladas (made expertly and delicously by our friend Luis) were so good too.

During our recent stay at the Sofitel Casablanca Baru, we had the pleasure of dining at the Bahia restaurant where we received an excellent service from Juliette and Jaimer. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that both the food and ambiance were of the highest standards. We particularly appreciated how they went above and beyond in accommodating us. The day before our departure back to the US, Juliette made a heartfelt gesture by giving me a special handmade ‘atrapa recuerdos’ (memory catcher). This thoughtful gift deeply touched my heart and will serve as a cherished reminder of our wonderful time at Baru, from the stunning ocean views and beautiful beaches to the delicious food and the meaningful connections we made. The hotel exceptional service truly enhanced our experience, making our stay unforgettable.
