One of the nicest resorts with beautiful amenities. Better than the pictures online. While the beach could be cleared a little more so you can go in the water without walking over rocks, everything else was lovely. Beach chairs were super comfortable and food was great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommend

Room did not smell good. They said we could dial 0 for a golf cart to take us to the lobby. We tried this multiple times over multiple days and no one ever answered. The service was so slow and no one could understand English - where many guests were only English speaking. They got our food orders wrong nearly every time for every meal even though we just pointed to the menu. Was very underwhelmed and not impressed at all. Rooms looked like dorm rooms. Not nice, not clean (and it's a newer hotel...), smelly, small, and stupid electric issues.

Concierge was not on top of it and very slow, Santa Clara concierge much better. Because of this there wasn’t enough information on activities or things to do that are personalized to guest preferences, they also refused to recommend any restaurants outside of the hotel even though there are other hotels on the island. Hotel should do a better job of arranging excursions and tours of the other islands that are not kid focused
