The meat is super soft and tasty! The sauce is sweet and very savory. It comes with caramelized plantain and guacamole dots of decoration. On the side it comes with a traditional rice called “arroz con coco” (coconut rice). (Not in the pic) it’s brown and also kinda sweet. Everything is very tasty!

We enjoyed the hotel and pool for 3 days. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was pleasant and the pool lovely. Our room was comfortable, the bed excellent the bath small. We felt the room was not quite up the Sofitel legend brand wish style. It smelled of garlic from the kitchen in the mornings.

Without a doubt, what I expected, great hotel, great service, especially the waiter Jair, great job, the hotel completely met my expectations.And nothing super recommended, the hotel is very luxurious, especially the 1621 restaurant, an unparalleled experience.
