Overall good experience but the dining experience was a negative for us. First you didn’t honor the 3 separate $100 fine hotel and resorts credit. We were booked under two different names so at minimum thy should have been 2 of those credits. The one time we did have dinner the steak was so cold I sent it back. Then thy tried to charge me for that among other things. It’s tiny details that can ruin a otherwise great experience

Loved the hotel and room 318 was great but our other room 319 smelled like gas the entire time and they could not get the smell out. A very expensive room to have that type of issue.
