Mercure Kyiv Congress is located circumference of the town, you can access from Kyiv-Pasazhyrsky station, 10 min by taxi or 30 min by metro. And there is shopping center next door to the hotel, very convenient(opens until 23:00). || Front desk staff is polite, but not friendly, some of the are not good at English. I had no chance of communication. And it is so dark at the lobby (**it might be caused by power saving, unavoidable) || Cabin has double bed, TV, mini refrigerator and more, furnished with the necessities. But there is no tooth brush and shaver, you need to prepare in advance. || In the breakfast they are serving western and local cuisines, but it is not various. Restaurant is also gloomy, it is not comfortable.(don't feel tasty) || When I checked in, credit card terminal was not working, a receptionist asked me paying by cash … before that, she had to call maintenance or technician. I'm understanding the status of this country/city, however, according to the review by earlier guest, some issues has not solved from before.

It’s excellent location, mall, restaurants, cinema + parking place. Good staff, cosy room, gym is small but enough, taste breakfast.

I visited Mercure Kyiv Congress first time and really enjoy my stay. Location of hotel is very convinient if you come with car. Peak hours could be some trafic delays. Huge parking with some multi storey area which is advantage these difficult time. Spacy well equipped rooms, excellent bathroom. Breakfast could be better but I was really happy with choice and miss only orange juice. But restaraunt served great dinners with local made beer. Excellent service from multilanguale staff. I also use conference room service and can recommend this hotel for business meetings.
