Very pleased with the room upgrade however had bad expereince with breakfast service and room cleaning

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very clean. The carpark next door was a bonus and the reason we chose to stay here. It was very convenient to get into Melbourne, tram number 96 from the Exhibition centre took us directly to the Melbourne Museum, through Bourke Street mall, another bonus as we were in Melbourneto see the Viking Hoard exhibition. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
