I could not get onto the hotel prior to arrival. I called 5 times and was put through to reception but the phone rang out for 5+ mins every time. The hotel was clean, tidy and the located suited us well.

Took the kids to Melbourne to explore, they got room service for the first time and loved it. Kids meals are a great price and the kids said the meals were delicious

Room could have been cleaner. Also it's been over a week since I checked out and the card hold is still there.
