1st room smelled and had machine in room trying to purifier the air. Moved to room that exhaust fan in bathroom did not work

Good except for parking, the only instructions I received was to "Park in the Wilsons carpark". Traffic was terrible, the car-park was very full and there is no signage in the car-park about the Novotel at all. We didnt know there was a drop off zone at the front of the building so had to park 3 floors away and carry luggage quite a long way. Once we were in the room, staff and facilities were all good.
