We are delighted that you appreciated our cleanliness and the quality of customer service provided during your stay at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf. Our staff works diligently to maintain a pristine environment and offer friendly service, which are some of the aspects that we pride ourselves on. However, we understand the convenience of having complimentary drinking water and a bathrobe included in your accommodation. While these amenities are available in our suites and apartments, we take your feedback seriously and recognize the added comfort they would provide in all our rooms. Finally, it is fantastic that you loved the location of our hotel. With direct access to the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and being just across from the South Wharf DFO Shopping Centre, we are indeed situated in a prime spot for both shopping and business convenience. My room hit all the basic needs I wanted, but I was especially impressed with: the noise isolation - barely heard my neighbours, comfortable bathroom, clean room, decent space, great view. My only hesitations were: my bed was a little short for me, one of the wall sockets didn't work. I would have loved an option to tell cleaners to skip cleaning my room for a day.
