We were there for 5 nights for a work conference. Facilities were amazing, quality of food and beverage could improve. Some food was delivered luke warm and even cold. On one night the tap beer on the mezzanine level bar was off and quite sickening. Had to drink bottled beer instead. The staff were also very unresponsive - but I can appreciate they were possibly new staff and require training. Lastly our room had no coat hangers and I had to request some from concierge.

I stayed there for a Subaru function on the Monday. I decided to stay the Sunday night also and catch up with family. I rang the Hotel directly to book the extra night at my own expense. The lady who took my call kindly advised to me that she will gladly charge me the reduced rate inline with Subaru of $240.00 per night. After booking the room I decided to double check on Wotif, and to my surprise I could book the same room for $209. When questioning this at check in, I was told that because I paid the Subaru rate I could stay in same room for both nights. I smiled in disbelief and accepted the extra charge.

we had a 5 day stay as part of our conference & would have covered most of the venue during that time, including the meeting rooms, Barn, gym, restaurant & the accommodation. All were of the highest quality. The only negative would have been how prepared you would have been for when we wanted to use the upstairs lounge/ bar area. Didn't seem that was too well organised

The Hotel facilities and staff were very good. There is one staff member I wish to commend and offer my grateful thanks and that is to the young waitress Ruby. As i understand she has only been working for you for about six months, yet she displayed an enthusiasm and care for her guests better than I have seen before. I hear she has not done any formal / college training in Hospitality but only learnt "on the job" from her mentors. I strongly suggest that the Hotel / Accor encourage and support her in the future. My old company had invited me and paid for my stay for the 10 days, as I was training their new engineers.
