Was not one off my memorable experiences. Staff at reception was quite rude Staff at reception was not helpful at all Had requested parking for an early exit for business meeting the next day. A spot was free where i had parked before for the same reason. They had told me spot was taken; it was never used for that night. Had booked three rooms, was only entitled for 1x drink voucher between 3 off my colleagues
