We had a great 3 nights at the Ibis. The location and price are what enticed us to select this hotel. The staff were lovely and accommodating to our requests. They had us on the first floor and even got a stand fan for us to use (temperature of the room was great but most hotels lack air flow so a fan is a standard request from us and sometimes it’s accommodated and other times not - the Ibis did!)

I stayed in room 512 and you're unable to shower normally due to how the shower head isattached to the wall, it can't be angle up and down at all. The air con also would not go below 19 degrees and it felt very hot in there

The biggest issue I had was tripping on a some edging each time I went to the bathroom. Definitely an OH&S issue. The shower overhead was working but not hand held. One lift was out of operation. Good location however the simple things could have been done a whole lot better.

The stay was fine but I asked the staff to bill my meal to my room and my employer would pay. They chanrged my credit card instead. I have contacted the hotal twice (by email) to requewst that they provide a receipt for the meal so that I can claim it as it was billed to my credit card istead of my room and they have not responded.
