Cosy short stay, room was small but suitable for a short 1-2 night stay with basic accommodations in room such as fridge, kettle, tv etc. Pros: The wonderful staff at checkout allowed me to check in early as I arrived earlier than planned and also allowed a later checkout by 2 hours which I very much appreciated to suit with an event I was attending in the morning. The Gym and pool felicities were clean and ample for needs, and great that the pool was indoor considering the chilly climate outside. Cons: There was an unpleasant odour coming from my bathroom for my stay - I'm not sure if it was coming in through the exhaust fan or the drain. I tried running my shower for a while with some body wash to eliminate the smell, but it didn't dissipate. I was only there for 1 night, so I tolerated it by keeping the bathroom door shut, but it wasn't pleasant when using the bathroom. If I was there for more than 1 night, I would have called up and asked to be moved. Suggestions: It would have been good to have a small plate/bowl for any groceries I bought - I had to buy some containers from the local supermarket for this. I'm not sure if amenities on the floor included a central microwave or the like, this would have been great to have in room, but I managed without Also a small bottle of water in room in the fridge would have been good on arrival as I wasn't sure what the tap water was like. Overall, a very pleasant stay, with appreciated flexibility shown by the staff and suitable amenities if staying for a few days.

I had to leave at short notice, leaving behind items. The staff contacted me. Their first question was, "Are you okay?". A testament to their empathy and work mentality.
