The room was noisy and could hear the water running in other rooms and the toilet flush when someone was using in the other room. There were no room slippers

Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Please accept my sincere apology that certain aspects of your stay did not meet the standards you expected. This is certainly not the experience we aim to deliver. Had these concerns been brought to our attention during your stay, we would have done our very best to address the issues immediately and ensure your experience was a more positive one. Easy check-in with professional friendly staff. Lifts were quick with very short wait times. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a huge assortment of breakfast food. On-site restaurant for dinner with good priced food and happy hour each afternoon We would stay there again

Easy checking in by friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and of very good quality. Restaurant and bar were good. Breakfast was also good. Location was perfect for a visit to the main central attractions in Hobart. Everything was within an easy walk.
